Scrapboys Dream Garden

Good morning Craftezee friends how are you all doing? This week am back sharing a get well soon card I created using Scrapboys lush paper called Dream Garden from our shop.

I have used kraft paper as a base cardstock and use the lovely mirage lace to create a scalloped design under the gorgeous papers.

The small letters are from Laserowelove lowercase chipboard set on top of which I placed some platinum glitter.

The flowers are made from Lady E Flower 001 set using vellum paper and some pastel oil on them.

I have placed a cord around the centre and then stuck the flowers and fussy cut from the same paper set to give it dimension.

Hope you're having a great weekend so far and I also wish you a great week ahead

Magnolia Christmas Winter card

Good morning everyone hope you're having a great weekend :)

Today I want to share with you a card I created for a friend of mine for Christmas.

I am using North Pole Tilda, she is from the Winter Wonderland Collection of 2013. I love her curly hair and the heart on her boots.

I have used almost all the dies in the from the Magnolia Vintage Box 4 including the lovely frame that comes with it.

The flowers are made by using vellum paper which is a new favourite of mine. The flower die is also part of the Vintage Box 4

I have used some round bonbons and lots of embellishments on this one.

I decided to stick to the soft pink and light taupe colour plus kraft paper of course (another favourite of mine).

I wish you a pleasant week ahead my dear crafty friends

Gift Bag

Good morning lovely people hope you are all feeling the Christmas spirit already :)

We are now at the stage of preparing the Christmas goodies, like cookies and cakes which obviously end up being consumed before Christmas Day so at some point one has to provide for more.

This week I also started preparing some gift bags to place some gifts in and I am sharing one of them with you today.

I have used the Mintay Home for Christmas papers and die cut a background as a base out of the checkered paper.

Then I cut out one of the lovely small windows from the paper pad and placed a Bloomar chipboard frame which I embossed in white around the central image and upped it with foam pads for dimension.

Before that though I placed two dies out of the Scrapman die (link below) to look like snowflake at the back. Flowers are made from paper using Rosy Owl dies and the leaves are from Lady E Poinsietta set. I used distress ink in the centre basically some aged mahogany and frayed burlap.

The Nutcracker is also from the same paper set. In the centre of the paper flowers I have used some stamens and some clear freckled glass.

I wish you all a great week ahead

Magnolia TOMIC December Challenge - Christmas Gift Box

We are back again with the last challenge of the year which is Christmas Gift Box.

For you this month I created a light up shadow box on which am using the latest Magnolia Pop Up Box - Merry Christmas

I have coloured Tilda up with distress inks and I have also coloured up the lovely fire place which is now behind the window. I have used a small metal frame and cut out a snowman picture from some Maja design papers.

The papers I have used on my project are all from Maja Design - Winter in the Alps 2019

I have also used some Christmas lace die from Magnolia on the side of the box and the poinsiettas and leaves are also from Magnolia. Hope you like my little creation and I wish you all the very best for the week ahead :)

Crafteezee Christmas Lantern

Hiya everyone hope you are having a great weekend and the sun is shining wherever you are.  Over here the weather is not so good but I hope that my creation will put a smile on your face :)

For you today I have a 3D lantern by Laserowe Love from our shop. I have used distress inks on it (gathered twigs and weathered wood) and sprinkled gesso all over.

Then I created some paper flowers by using the amazing Lady E Poinsettia dies and leaves which if you have not yet bought, go ahead and get them!!!

I have used pearl stamens in the centre of them and added some small flowers at the back and some twigs from 13 arts.

I am in love with these bon bons, they come in a variety of colours and they give any project a particular look with them it's like frosted berries.

I have used a battery operated candle in the centre and it looks lovely in the evening all lit up and sparkly.

I wish you a pleasant week and great month ahead.

Remember to spread love

Med Ljus och Lykta - my Hanglar & Wings card for today

Good morning everyone hope you are all keeping warm on this cold day :)

Today I want to share with you my Christmas card using the lovely Med Ljus och Lykta which is a sweet set especially if you love snowflakes like me

I have coloured the image with pencils on kraft (my favourite) and tried to obtain a light effect around the lantern.

In this set there are two sentiments - one says Merry Everything and the other one says We are like Snowflakes all different in our own beautiful way .... and we are are :)

I have stamped the snowflakes on kraft paper and heat embossed them and then cut them off and glued them around the image.

Added on lots of nuvo drops around the project

Laserowe Love Decorative Christmas Ornament & Scrap Boys Cotton Winter paper

Did you ever have something pictured in your mind and wanted it to materialise? Well this is one of them :)

Hi everyone it's me again here with you today to show you what I have been up to with this Laserowe Love Decorative Christmas Ornament available from our shop on pre order.

There are various other shapes to choose from and you can hang these on your tree or as a wall décor.

What I did first was choose the base paper and this time am using the lush paper pad from Scrap Boys called Cotton Winter. Link to it is down below. I chose these two deer in the centre as my design.

I have then applied frayed burlap distress ink and faded jeans distress ink and sprinkled some gesso too to give it a vintage distressed look.

I decided to decorate the very tip and the top of this bauble shape. I fussy cut the paper and chose my base items and layered it all.

I have created the foamiran flowers with Rosy Owl Ponsietta dies from our shop and used some festive berries distress ink for the colour on the flowers. The pomegranates come in various colours so you can adapt any colour to your projects.

I have then added on some cones and small stars all around and sprinkled glitter and stickles on the project.

I hope you will give this a try as it's something you can keep on using year after year.

Lots of love

xoxo

Hanglar & Wings Cookie Gift Bag

Hello everyone Claire here with you again for my weekly entry @ Hanglar & Wings

Today I have created a white gift bag which I have decorated with loads of embellishments.

This cute stamp is from the Pepparkakstjej stamp set where basically you have the lovely image of this cute lady, two sentiments and a heart button

I have pencil coloured the image on kraft paper and stamped the cookies sentiment on the side.

Can you spot the heart stamp buttons around the wreath?

I stuck to the orange and green theme and added on lots of flowers over a wreath around the image.

I am gifting this one to a special friend of mine :)

Wish you a great week ahead

Mintay Old Manor

Hi everyone! Another Sunday is here and I am sharing with you today my latest creation using Mintay Papers - Old Manor.

This is another mixed media project from me - I have formed the foamiran flowers using Lady E dies Flower 004 and I have used distress ink blue and brown on them to give them that teal shade

Metal embellishments are from the shop, you can find link to all products used hereunder.

I used the new Laserowe Love lower case alphabet chipboard to create the word friend. Gold pomegranates around the flowers have been distressed with gesso.

The stamens are matt white - you will find all the colours that you need in our shop.

I don't know if you can spot the sisal (grey) under the round ring - I love the effect that gives to my projects.

In the meantime I wish you a great week ahead and looking forward to sharing more of my projects with you in the coming weeks using the lovely designer papers we have in our shop :)

Lots of love

Mintay Star wall decor

Happy Sunday everyone! Claire here sharing with you my mixed media star décor which was something I had been meaning to create for sometime.

Lots of products used on this one. First of all I created the foamiran flowers using the Rosy Owl dies. I used festive berries ink on them to give them a reddish colour. Berry and pearl stames in the middle and lots of glitter.

Then I have mixed two types of paper. Mintay Home for Christmas and one sheet from Lemoncraft.

I have cut into pieces some Gwendoline lace and placed it in different areas.

The chipboard around the central picture is from Bloomar. Lots of different shapes to choose from.

The star is a free form which I drew myself and then cut two other small ones and used foam to pop them up on top of each other.

Added on glitter and gesso as usual all around.

Wishing you a lovely week ahead :)

Lots of love

xoxo
