And it is isn't it? I just love how the seasons bring certain activities with them. Summer is renowned for barbecues on the beach, Autumn for the walks and Winter for Christmas.
I have done my first card this week. Have loads to do really and I hope I will manage to do them all so that nobody feels offended :)
I have purchased this lovely Xmas Hamster stamp from Whimsy Stamps. I just love the variety of rubber stamps and sentiment stamps that they have. If you haven't visited yet, go on and treat yourself.
The paper pad is a First Edition - A Christmas Story pad - I just love the checked design reminds of me a rug I had when I was still at my parent's house.
The dies are also from whimsy stamps and they are called Christmas Branches Die Set and it has a very fine set of different branches which you can use all year long not only for Christmas. The poinsietta is made out of foamiran which I tried for the first time after watching some online tutorials. The die I used to cut it out is from Magnolia and is a bit small, however Whimsy stamps have a Lily Flower Die Set which I have bought and am waiting for it to arrive so that I have a go and see how it turns out with a bigger die.
This cutie has been coloured with Copics and enhanced with a white marker.
You will have more from me very soon :)
Happy crafting everyone x
